The music and the artwork are not yours to reuse
All music, lyrics, videos, photographs, artwork and written content on this site belong to Mozay Calloway or to the people he made them with. You may listen, watch and share links freely. You may not re-upload, sell, sample, remix for release, or use any of it commercially without written permission. Ask — the answer is often yes.
Fan accounts
You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself. One account per person. We may suspend an account that is used to harass other members or the artist, to scrape the site, or to share paid content outside it.
Paid membership tiers renew on their own schedule until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. See the Refund Policy for what is and is not refundable.
Orders
Online ordering is not open yet. The shop pages are a preview of the catalogue. No order can be placed and no payment can be taken through this site today. When ordering opens, the terms below apply.
Prices are in US dollars. We do our best to keep prices and availability accurate, but if something is listed at the wrong price or turns out to be unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it — we will always tell you why.
An order confirmation is an acknowledgement that we received your order, not acceptance of it. The contract forms when we dispatch the item, or, for digital items, when we give you access.
Things we do not promise
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it up and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or always error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Links out
This site links to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram and others. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for what they do.
Governing law
