Refund Policy

What can be returned, what cannot, and how to ask.
Online ordering is not open yet, so there is nothing to refund today. This policy sets out what will apply once it opens.
Physical merchandise
Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return arriving.
Digital music
Digital downloads cannot be returned once the download has been accessed — there is no way to give a file back. If a download is faulty, does not play, or you never received access, tell us and we will fix it or refund you in full.
If you bought a digital item by mistake and have not downloaded it, contact us within 14 days and we will refund it.
Membership subscriptions
You can cancel a paid tier at any time; it stops renewing and your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part months. If you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice, that is our error and we will refund it in full.
Damaged or wrong items
Tell us within 14 days of delivery, with a photo if it arrived damaged. We will replace it or refund it, including postage, and we will not ask you to pay to send a faulty item back.

on your confirmation email. We will reply with the return address and confirm
what happens next. Do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under consumer law. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.
