Shipping Policy

What shipping costs, how long it takes, and where we send to.
Online ordering is not open yet. Nothing ships today. This is what will apply once it opens.
Cost
- Flat rate of $7.99 per order.
- Free on orders over $75.00.
- Digital-only orders ship nothing and are charged no shipping. If you are ever charged shipping on a digital-only order, that is a bug — tell us and we will refund it.
Where we ship

Customs duties and import taxes on international orders are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price you pay here.
How long it takes
Orders are usually packed within 2–3 business days. Delivery after that depends on the carrier and the destination. These are estimates, not guarantees — once a parcel is with the carrier its timing is out of our hands.
Digital items are available immediately once your order is confirmed; no waiting and nothing to post.
Tracking your order
Every order gets a reference in the form MC-XXXXXXXX. Check its
status any time at order status using that
reference or the email address you ordered with.
Wrong address, lost parcels
We ship to the address you give us at checkout, so please check it. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will resend it once you have paid postage again. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we will replace or refund it — see the Refund Policy.
